PATRICK VOLLMAR was already off the beaten track as a teenager, thanks to colourful and contrasting inspirations. After a short passage in the corporate world, he decided to take a path that he considered fairer and more in tune with his own values, by attending painting classes in the 80s. As a confirmed self-taught artist, he quickly realized that he could create freely by revealing his full potential. His expression of absolute idealism revealed an artistic fibre that promised a surprising and fascinating future.
After a few practical workshops, Patrick opened his first gallery in the early 2000s, in the famous cultural village of Saint-Prex, on the shores of Lake Geneva, Switzerland. The following decade allowed him to reach out to the international sphere, where his exceptional creations were shown in the Italian galleries of the mythical and emblematic city of Florence, where several solo exhibitions were named after him, and where he was discovered by the famous Florentine art critic Giuliano Serafini.
An empath by nature, he created a second gallery in Switzerland with the will of sharing his knowledge and skills through various training courses. At the same time, he continued to exhibit his creations and asserted an important place in the Parisian art world, where he participated in the unique exhibition "art and money" at the renowned gallery "Mona Lisa". It is essential to note that all his techniques reflect an intuitive art creating harmonious abstractions, powerful in colours and vibrations.
His outstanding career path led him to participate in competitions in Paris, respectively in 2017 and 2019, for which he was awarded fabulous prizes, including the first honorary "Gold" prize, by the Academy of Art and Design. In 2020, to celebrate his 38th creative year and hundreds of achievements, two exclusive works will be exhibited at the Contemporary Art Fair in St. Petersburg, Russia. Patrick will also organize future conferences, in Switzerland and abroad, in order to continue to share his universe, his next major project being the opening of a gallery in New York. Finally, he aspires to the great work of life and invites others to participate in it, through his timeless, powerful and revealing works.
His will and visionary spirit lead him every day to develop and refine his methods. At ease with brushes and hands, not only to blend in with the themes he paints, but above all to create a piece whose vibratory rate, calculated in Bovis units, would reveal a natural wavelength allowing the owner of the work to manifest abundance in everyday life, and in all its forms. Today, he mainly works with entrepreneurs on demand.
